The University of Belgrade Türkiye Representation Office is the official administrative and academic bridge of one of Europe's oldest and most respected institutions. We operate under direct protocols with the University Senate and the relevant Rectorate, serving as the sole authorised application and registration centre for prospective students and academic circles in Türkiye.

Is the diploma recognized in Turkey (YÖK)?
Yes. University of Belgrade diplomas are officially recognized by YÖK in Turkey. The recognition process takes 3-6 months on average; our office manages the entire process.
What is the language of instruction?
Most faculties offer programs in English and Serbian. Turkish students usually choose the English track. Serbian proficiency is not required.
Is there a preparatory year?
Students without English proficiency can attend a 1-year English prep program. Those with TOEFL/IELTS can enter directly into the first academic year.
What documents are required?
High school diploma (apostilled + sworn translation), transcript, passport, 4x6 photograph, birth certificate (Form A), residence certificate, criminal record certificate, language certificate (if available). The representation office coordinates all Turkish-Serbian/English translations.
What are the other costs beyond tuition?
Dormitory €80-200/month, food €150-200/month, transport €20. Total monthly living cost is €400-600, well below major EU capitals.
Can I work during my studies?
Yes. Student visa in Serbia allows part-time work. Hourly-paid positions are available on and off campus.
